Our small room has a capacity of two people. Our large room has a capacity for up to five.
Sauna's are set to 85 degrees, but will get cooler the more water is poured on them.
Cold plunges are set to 8 degrees.
The large room has two changing areas, and the small room has one.
Yes we have a toilet for customer use.
Weekdays 12pm to 8.30pm
Saturday 11am to 7.30pm
Sunday 2pm to 7.30pm
Amend or cancel your booking within 48hrs free of charge. No amendments or cancelations within 12hrs.
Your session includes the time it takes you to get changed at the beginning and the end.
Please arrive promptly before your session and leave on time as we have to tidy up before the next booking.
